Foie Gras Foibles
Californian foodies are still adjusting to that state’s ban on foie gras. Some restaurants have found ways around the ban, including Hot’s Kitchen, which serves a complimentary side of the delicacy with one of its burgers. But Hot’s is now being sued by PETA over the practice.
