Last month, Poached friend Tim Parsons, of Silent Partner PDX, received a serious head injury from which he’s still recouping. Doctors say it could take him up to 6 months to fully recover.
To help with his medical bills, Toast Restaurant in Woodstock is holding an all-day benefit this Thursday, October 11th.
So eat at Toast on Thursday, when 20% of all proceeds will go to help Tim with his recovery: Toast 4 Tim
